Moped on bike path crashes into car at crossing

Incident Details
SUN 7:45AM While an SUV was driving north on Beach St by the bike path, it was struck by a moped on its rear driver’s side quarter panel and tire by the front wheel. The moped was illegally driving east on the bike path while speeding before crashing into the vehicle.
